Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or additional costs.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for ready-to-wear items, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom-stitched items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in the stitching.
For damaged or incorrect items, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue. Approved returns will be processed as refunds or exchanges based on your preference.
